Pitching Coordinator/Director of Player Development

All Out Baseball is excited to announce their new Pitching Coordinator and Director of Player Development John Yowler. "Yowls brings to the field and Nexxt Level one of the best baseball backgrounds with the knowledge and baseball experience you could have in travel baseball" Guy Lynam says. This sets our program apart to have a full time Pitching Coordinator and a former pro player who knows what it takes to develop their all around baseball skills.

Mike Vasturia, Billy Chillari and Coaches Jules Johnson and Guy Lynam were selected this week at Cooperstown NY to coach The Louisville Slugger team representing Louisville Slugger. This is a tremendous honor for the All Out Baseball program. We want to thank Coach Lou Presutti for buiding a tremendous baseball park and all the memories these boys will carry with them for a lifetime. The team is based out Kentucky with players from all over the country coming together.

Our Mission:

  • 100% focus on Development: Both mental and physical. Our main focus is to be mentally tougher and physically stronger than our opponent. This takes place through hard work. Hard work builds self confidence.
  • Mechanics are developed through repetition (Nexxt Level workouts, on field training, private 1-1 training, ect), video and on the field production.
  • Individual awareness through educating players what off field steps are needed to play at the next level: physical tools, academic success (SAT's, ACT and GPA) and mental toughness. You must have a plan and set goals. Know where you're at so you know where you're going.
